The island of Oahu is Hawaii main island and it's a connecting gateway to US mainland from the Pacific.
As many people have heard about local Hawaiian food. "Garlic Shrimp" is a traditional Hawaiian delicacy which all visitor can not to be missed whenever visiting Hawaii.
As I'm driving a circle trip of Oahu island. Therefore a garlic shrimp hopping trip being!

At first pit stop, I had stop at Giovanni. One of the most famous garlic shrimp scampi in Oahu. Follow by Fumi's which located in the North Shore of the island which runs by a local Chinese lady. Finally Shrimp Shack on the east side of the island. Shrimp Shack offers various menu such as shells and crabs for those who is allergic to shrimp!!
Overall, I personally like Fumi's the most as they did not put too much garlic on to rice scoop and indeed not very oily. For person who is a garlic lover I would suggest to go for Giovanni as did actually add huge amount of garlic on top of the rice. Shrimp Shack really give it a rock and roll taste when you actually dip the shrimp into the butter sauce!!
