Arrival into JFK

Etihad A380 Aircraft is something we all have to admitted that it has the best feature  in the world. About 13 hours flight start from Abu Dhabi to the Big Apple Woohoo!! As many people have heard about US Pre-clearance facilities in Abu Dhani Airport therefore I take this opportunity to experience on what is going to be like. Since I have to catch another domestic flight from JFK to Fort Lauderdale, I was treated like a domestic passenger upon arrival in JFK because my passport already stamp and custom cleared in AUH. All my bags were checked all the way to Fort Lauderdale with hassle free. Super!!

With the lobby in between First and Business class cabin. Passenger from First and Business class folks can enjoy chit chat drink together in the lobby area. Etihad A380 unique service is to dine on demand. Which mean you can eat anytime you wish. Simply call cabin attendant and he or she will setup a table for you. Food selection is amazing and portion is very generous. As flight depart AUH around 3am in the morning, many passenger rather want to sleep than to eat. But since I see what they have on menu, I cannot resist to pick up a choice just right after flight take off. Lamb omelet is what I really recommend for those who will be taking this flight. The meat is very tender along with tasty omelet!! Nothing to complain with Etihad product and service. However, just to be aware to pre-reserve a face forward seat as it gives more privacy space than a rear facing aisle seat.
