Hong Kong is very well known for food lover. Perhaps HK is probably the best place on earth for food searching. It comes across a very famous goose store in a hidden alley in HK. The place called "Yat Lok" a very small store located walking distance from Lan Kwai Fong. Yat Lok received Michelin star for their signature dish Roast Goose. For those who will be visiting HK, I highly recommend this place when you have no idea where to eat. Add this place into your dining guide if possible. Due to very limited number of seats in the restaurant. Many customer often have to wait in the line outside store to be call for seat. Patient needed however it worth of wait!! The only way to access to Cococay is cruising with Royal Caribbean. All traveler can enjoy activities or relax on your own leisure in the island during the cruise vacation. Cococay within island access is by foot only. People may doubt what to do and what do they have in the island. Many foreigner may concern about getting to port from where ever you are in Shanghai. Wusongkou cruise terminal can access by local metro and exit from Baoyang Station. I took taxi from my hotel where I stay in Hongqiao and it cost around CNY120 which will drop me directly inside the cruise terminal. Metro is cheap however it may take sometime to reach as well as you need a ride from station to port. Not very convenient for those people who has luggage with them. Therefore, taxi is best transportation to cruise terminal.

People at cruise terminal do speak English well and no doubt there is special lane for international passenger!! Yippy!! As soon as I approach into the international passenger entrance. I was able to walk and pass all Chinese as they are wait to check themselves in. I was issue a SeaPass card immediately since I did online check-in ahead of time. I noticed that my SeaPass card somehow written in Chinese! No doubt because we are minority as majority is Chinese. After check-in complete then we proceed directly to immigration as we are exiting China. After pass though immigration, all vacationer proceed to a walk way prior to entering the ship. This is where you have to submit your passport as they will be collect by RCCL staff.

My stateroom with balcony locate on Deck 9 middle of the ship. The reason I choose middle of the ship because is near to the elevator. Some stateroom need to walk long way down the corridor to reach which I wouldn't fancy that.

Dynamic Dining was amazing as you don't really have to line up if you already have a reservation. Make sure you be at the restaurant on time otherwise table will be release to someone else.
Since it's a winter cruise so not many outdoor activity happen. However Quantum of the Seas do have indoor swimming pool and other indoor activity for vacationer to enjoy. Overall not as bad as what I expected.

There are many places where you can have Pho throughout US. Luckily in Honolulu there was a rumor that Pho 1 really have the best Pho and other Vietnamese dishes in town. Why not to checking it out!

Not to wait... Pho and Com tam are my personal signature Vietnamese dishes therefore it goes on the ordering list right away! For Pho, the meat and broth are both truly amazing. It gives the texture of meat flavor and broth temperature is exactly in the right degree. Smell of fresh onion and lime add up more flavor into it as well. For grill pork, the meat was very tender and juicy. For those who is current or will be visiting Honolulu, I highly recommend this place. It's really worth of visit. The restaurant local just right behind Ala Moana shopping mall on Kapiolani Blvd.

A350 is currently the newest aircraft type in the world. Many people still yet to experience this up to date newest aircraft. I have to admit it's my first and only time so far to explore the A350. China Airline have done a great job with their new business class product. They have upgraded their business class product to herringbone seat on A350 and B777 configuration.

My experience was on a flight from Osaka Kansai to Taipei Taoyuan. Well, it's pretty short flight just less than an hour but CI does give a full service just like other premium airlines. On board meal was excellent and cabin crew are very friendly. Regarding about 1-2-1 herringbone seat layout. It does give more space and privacy comparing with 2-2-2 seat layout. Even you traveling alone or not, always best to reserve a window seat. Because if your aircraft happen to be a herringbone seat layout, it gives privacy as well as you can see outside view when plane take off and landing.
